Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders (India): Free shipping on all orders.
- International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please note that duties, taxes, or additional fees (if applicable in the destination country) are to be borne by the customer.
Delivery Timeline
- Domestic Deliveries: 2–7 business days, depending on your delivery pincode and courier partner serviceability.
- International Deliveries: 7–15 business days (may vary based on customs clearance and local courier policies).
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate. Valensa Jewell will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
- In case of failed delivery attempts by the courier, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
