Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders (India): Free shipping on all orders.
International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please note that duties, taxes, or additional fees (if applicable in the destination country) are to be borne by the customer.

Delivery Timeline

Domestic Deliveries: 2–7 business days, depending on your delivery pincode and courier partner serviceability.
International Deliveries: 7–15 business days (may vary based on customs clearance and local courier policies).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Delivery Guidelines

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate. Valensa Jewell will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
In case of failed delivery attempts by the courier, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
