Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

1. We accept returns/exchanges only if:
• The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
2. To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

• Change of mind or dislike after purchase.
• Products damaged due to mishandling or wear & tear after delivery.
• Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
• Products purchased during sale/clearance.

Refund/Exchange Process

1. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@valensajewell.com with:
• Order ID
• Unboxing video/photo proof of damage/incorrect item.
2. Once approved, you may need to self-ship the item back to us at the address shared by our support team.
3. After quality check, we will:
• Exchange the product with the correct item, or
• Issue a store credit/refund (as per your choice).

Refund Timelines

• Refunds to the original payment method: 5–7 business days after approval.
• Store credits: Issued within 24–48 hours of return approval.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds issued only as store credits or bank transfer.

Important Notes

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
• Our team reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
