All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays/holidays). For Domestic Orders (India), shipping is free, with a delivery timeline of 2–7 business days. International orders incur calculated charges, and the customer is responsible for all customs duties/taxes. International delivery takes 7–15 business days. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch, and customers must ensure their address is accurate to avoid delays or re-shipping fees.

This return policy accepts returns/exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, provided the request is made within 3 days of delivery and the item is unworn with original packaging. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, earrings, or sale items. To initiate, email support@valensajewell.com with an Order ID and proof; refunds (5–7 business days) or exchanges are issued after a quality check, with the customer usually bearing return shipping costs.
